The Human Resource and Administrative Officer is responsible for
managing all human resource management activities in the area of
attraction, capacity development (training), compensation, performance
management and exit management. The individual is also responsible for
overseeing general office administration.
- Provide administrative support to the human resource function including general record keeping, personnel record keeping and church administration
- Work with unit heads to coordinate new-church member induction and orientation
- Respond to church members’ queries and resolve complaints related to HR policies
- Update the church organization charts as required
- Assist receptionist in providing general clerical/admin support e.g. photocopying, filing, faxing and respond to routine church correspondence
- Maintain stock and supplies of church consumables and distribute as required
- Manage the procurement of equipment, materials and church supplies at the right quantity, quality and at minimal cost
- Prepare regular reports on church’s purchases and send to supervisor
- Provide administrative support for matters relating to the church premises and business operations including security, opening and closing of church premises, cleaning and transport
- Keep all church manual and electronic filings up to date. Maintain the general filing system and archives

Candidate Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Excellent in the use of MS Word, Power Point and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively
Minimum HND in in HR administration, business administration or related discipline
Minimum 3 year’s related experience
- Good planning, organizing skills, flexible, punctual and reliable
